GROOMSMEN GIFTS

When trying to pick out Groomsmen gifts, think personal! You can, of course, get them all the same gift then have each one individually personalized with an initial or name. Websites like WeddingFavorsNow.com, ThingsRemembered.com, PersonalizationMall.com, and PersonalCreations.com offer wide varieties of gifts which can be personalized.

But guys, don’t forget that it is custom to get a special gift for your Best Man. After all, they don’t call it being the “best man” for anything!

BRIDESMAID’S GIFTS

Picking out gifts for your Bridesmaids can be very fun, but also be a bit tricky. If you have more than one ‘maid’ the question then becomes, do you get them the same gift or different ones?

If you decide to get them different gifts, be sure you get each different one something that fits their personalities. If you decide to get them the same gift, the possibility is always to have them personalized. There are many resources online that offer the option of personalization for certain items.  However, it is custom to get something extra special for your Maid or Matron of Honor for all their hard work in helping with your perfect day!

We here at ABridetoBee.com have found the following websites to offer amazing selection of items and personalization for those items. ThingsRemembered.com, PersonalizationMall.com, PersonalCreations.com, and WeddingFavorsNow.com.

BACHELORETTE PARTY

Bachelorette.com has free bachelorette party games you can download and print.

When planning a bachelorette party there are some things you can’t forget to do. First thing is talk over dates with the bride and the rest of the wedding party ladies. Be sure everyone can make it. You don’t have to JUST invite the wedding party, you can invite any other key friends of the bride as well. Be sure that the bride doesn’t know any other details other than the date, but make sure in planning the party that its something that fits her personal style. (Meaning, if she gets uncomfortable around naked bodies, don’t take her to a strip club!)

Be sure you find out if there is any money in the wedding budget to cover the bachelorette party. Then in planning the event, don’t forget to consider all the variables. Like food, coverage charges for any events or clubs you might be attending, drinks, and especially cab rides (that is, if you’ll be drinking). If you have people attending who you know don’t drink, or might not want to, be sure the option is out there for anyone who doesn’t want to participate in “bridal shot time” to sit back and sip a soda instead. Or the alternative is to rent a Limo for the night. Don’t forget to bring plenty of cameras, batteries and film for the night!

It’s always smart to ask everyone to RSVP so you can have a good head count. That way, you can plan exactly how many will be at dinner, and if you do decide to rent a limo you can be rest assured that everyone will arrive home safely at the end of the night.

BACHELOR PARTY

Planning a bachelor party is mainly up to the Best Man. However, the night (or day) needs to be planned with the focus of the Grooms interests only. There are many planning issues to take into consideration like the costs of everything.

Be sure that whatever you have planned fits with the wedding budget, if there is a part of the budget for the party. If there isn’t a budget set aside, get creative and maybe have all the guys going pitch in a few bucks to cover the groom’s expenses. Take into count cost of food, drinks, entry fee’s to any clubs or bars, cab rides, and be sure you budget for a little bit of back-up cash. Arrange taxi’s before hand so you won’t have to worry come end of the night. Best alternative is to rent a limousine.

*If the bachelor party is the night before the wedding; be sure the groom isn’t hungover, still drunk, or incapacitate for the wedding!
